The new Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class is a small four-door sedan based on the platform of the compact A-Class and B-Class. This was advanced through the Style Concept Coupe 2012, before being formally introduced during the North American International Auto Show 2013.
The new CLA is the series production vehicle more aerodynamic with a coefficient of 0.23 Cd, dethroning Mercedes-Benz C-Class 2011 (Cd = 0.22).

This new model goes on sale in April 2013 versions CLA 180, CLA 180 BlueEFFICIENCY Edition, CLA 200, CLA 250 and CLA 220 CDI. In September of that year awaiting the arrival of version 45 AMG 4MATIC CLA, while versions CLA 180 CDI 4MATIC CLA 200, CLA 220 CDI 4MATIC in 2014.
All versions of the Mercedes-Benz CLA will be powered by four-cylinder engines, including two gasoline engines and three diesel.
